Custom Site Plans Available free with all orders, shows the property, house, garage locations and sizes, existing buildings, easements, utility connections etc.
Custom House Plans We charge 75 cents per sq.ft.. (heated living area) for a complete set of custom house plans. This price may vary depending on the floorplan.
50% "non-refundable deposit" on all custom house projects is required, balance due upon completion.
Current turn-around on custom plans: 7-10 days.
