Custom Houses
Custom house plans include: Site plan, Elevations, foundation plan, floor plan, roof framing plan, building sections, and details. All the information required to obtain permits, contractor bids, and to complete the construction. Drawn to 1/4"=1'-0 scale, on 24" x 36" reproducible masters.
We charge 75 cents per sq.ft. (total heated living area) for custom house plans. The average custom house project takes us only 2-3 weeks. Please call for current "turn-around-time."
We also provide custom remodeling plans. Fax us your sketches for a free quote.
Custom Garages
Custom garage plans include: Site plan, Elevations, foundation plan, floor plan, roof framing plan, building sections, and details. All the information required to obtain permits, contractor bids, and to complete the construction. Drawn to 1/4"=1'-0 scale, on 11"x17"" reproducible masters.
Modify any of our sample plans or start from "scratch" for the same price!
Add a second floor or bonus room above for only $50 extra.
Single story garage prices: (two story please add $50)
