Footings: Below are the standard footing options available on all garage plans. Both details can be included, you can modify the depth and width dimensions to meet your local requirements. We call out a standard 4" reinforced concrete slab. You can modify the slab thickness to fit your needs.

Walls: Select wall framing, 2x4 or 2x6 studs, at 16" or 24" on center. Select ceiling height, 8',9',10', or 12'
Trusses: Select either manufactured roof trusses at 24" on center, or stick framed with rafters at 16" on center.
Roof: Select the roof pitch and roofing materials to match your house. We specify a continuous ridge/soffit vent system. We design to a standard 12" eave over-hang. We can adjust eave over-hangs to match your house.
Siding: Select the siding and trim to match your house.
All garage plans include free modifications and revisions for 120 days!
